Referral Bonus

RHS offers incredible Referral Bonuses for Per Diem, Local Contract and Travel Contract Positions. In order to meet eligibility requirements for these bonuses, your referral cannot be an individual that RHS is currently employing, has employed within the past 6 months or has submitted an application for employment to RHS within the past six months.

Any referral who does not begin employment with RHS within 6 months from the date of your referral will no longer be considered your referral. In order to receive a referral bonus, you must be a current or former employee of RHS.

Per Diem & Local Contract Referral Bonuses

Refer a per diem or local contract healthcare professional to RHS and after they work 144 non-orientation hours, you receive:

• 1st Referral - $300
• 2nd Referral - $400
• All additional Referrals - $500

Travel Contract Referral Bonuses

Refer a traveling healthcare professional to RHS and after the travel contract is completed you receive:

• 1st Traveler - $500
• 2nd Traveler - $750
• All additional Travelers - $1,000

In order to receive the traveler referral bonus, your referral must be a "true traveler" and maintain a permanent tax home outside of the assignment area.
